If you require tree care services in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and Eagle, it can be difficult to find the right company to get the job done right.
While there are plenty of landscapers and arborists to choose from, you should be well aware of the services they offer and what they provide.
At Primetime Pruning, we are proud of the service we offer and would like to provide you with the following reasons to choose us for your next job.
1. We Are Knowledgeable
After spending seven years as a tree technician for a couple of local companies, Kyle – the owner at Primetime Pruning – decided he wanted to do something not only more challenging but wanted to get away from spraying chemicals altogether. However, during those seven years, he obtained a ton of hands-on information about trees while he continued his studies. Going forward, Kyle utilized his time learning as an apprentice rather than going day-to-day to just another job.
*Tree Care Tip: The most important factor homeowners should keep in mind when keeping their trees healthy is making sure the soil is properly maintained and managed. Typically this is done with organic mulching.
2. We Are Certified
After watching a video of August Hunicke climbing a tree on YouTube, Kyle knew he wanted to be a climbing arborist. So, a few short weeks later, he booked a flight to the only Tree Climbing school in America in Atlanta, GA, and became the only certified tree climber from Tree Climber International in Idaho. While in school he studied rigging and different rigging configurations, removals, pruning, friction devices, prusiks, knots, and much more. To this day Kyle claims it was one of the best experiences of his life.
3. We Care
In a world that is dominated by self-interest, our goal at Primetime Pruning is to put you the customer first at all times by treating your trees as if they were our own. Our main goal when we step on any property is to make that property more valuable than what it was before we showed up. This motto has been with us since we first opened our doors in 2016 and will always be a cornerstone of our business.
4. We Do Things Correctly
Whether it’s how we access your tree or the cuts we make, we do things correctly that will ultimately save you money and stress down the road. Do you need a large tree removed hanging over your house? No problem. We can remove it with no damage and are fully licensed and insured. Does your small, petite, Japanese Lace Leaf Maple pose a ton of potential but desperately needs to be pruned for beauty, health, and structure? No problem. We do that too. Our company’s goal has always been to produce well-rounded arborists who can tackle any type of job
5. We’re Honest
Being honest is not always easy as we all know, but at Primetime Pruning, we firmly believe that being honest with our customers creates the type of transparency both parties need in order to have a good experience on both ends.
6. We Communicate
Putting our customers first means putting communication first as well. Our goal every time we step on a client’s property is to make sure we did our very best to communicate exactly what work is to be performed and how much that work is going to cost before we even show up. We also want our customers to know they can call or text us anytime with any questions they might have whether it’s before or after the scheduled work.
7. We’re Passionate
At Primetime Pruning, we are incredibly passionate about tree work. We are so grateful and lucky to be able to get paid to do what we love. We hope when you see us working that you see that same passion not only within us but as it spills out of us and into your trees and landscape.
8. We’re Responsible
Tree work is the #1 most dangerous job in the United States. More people die attempting to do tree work than any other occupation. Because of it’s high risk factor, tree work can sometimes be very expensive. Even more, large branches are unpredictable and can cause damage to your home and property. At Primetime Pruning, we take responsibility for any damage we may cause and we will do whatever is financially necessary to make things right. To this very day, we have not caused any any major damage and we plan to keep it that way for as long as possible.
9. We’re Local
Kyle graduated from Meridian High School and is raising his family in his hometown of Meridian, Idaho. Because we are local, we care deeply about the positive impact we play not only in our customers lives but the role we play in the overall urban ecosystem as well.
10. We Love What We Do
What else is there to say, we love what we do! We are incredibly fortunate to wake up everyday knowing we love our work and it’s because of “you” the customer that makes this lifestyle possible. We love the Treasure Valley and we love the trees here, so reach out today and let that love into your landscape.
